I Finally Did It!

After two years of saying I would and deflecting the "why haven't you" nagging from everyone I know, I have finally created a blog. It will be a little bit more than a blog eventually, I would like to believe. I would also like to believe I'm going to die from having too much sex, but in reality it'll be from having too much creme filling and caffeine.

For right now, I have a bio page, a contact page, a newsletter sign up, links to purchase both anthologies I'm featured in, and (because I make no money off the sales of those anthologies) a donation button to support my work. There's also a page with photo prompts for writers. If you're a writer, you should probably check that out. I'll be changing the prompts ever 3-4 months and offering to publish any story I like that you write using those prompts, right here on this blog. That's pretty sweet, if I do say so myself.

In terms of content, I'll try to avoid just updating you on my day or other boring shit. I had a paleo microwave meal, looked at some amateur gangbang porn, screamed at this stupid website editor, and drank like three Pepsis. There, that's my entire day so far. Do you feel enlightened? I didn't fucking think so. Instead, I'll be posting fun stuff. Sure, I'll keep you updated on projects and such, but mostly so someone can hold me accountable and make sure I finish them. I'll be doing regular posts about the ghosts and monsters of Arkansas, interviews with horror writers, writing tips, a series on fighting and how to write it, and reviews of movies and books...mostly movies, because I don't have time to read at the moment.

I will, maybe (probably,) post original fiction based on the photo prompts as well. I'm also going to polish up Wrath of the Wu-Tang, since it will never find a publisher, and put it on here for you all to enjoy. Speaking of things to enjoy: Here is the Halloween edition of the now defunct Shotgun Horror Clips featuring my flash story, The Cannibal King
